After last week’s profile of Nathan ‘Nath’ Brigham. His partner in crime Rob Corker is in the hotseat this week. Question 1 – Simply, Why?!
Last year was such a brilliant experience with a cracking set of lads. We raised a huge amount of money for a good cause and the feeling of achievement when we arrived was something I can’t wait to experience again.

Question 2 – How much preparation have you done so far and how much do you plan on doing?
Very little currently. My fitness improved a huge amount but has quickly sunk back to rock bottom. However, I am going to make a big effort to get it back.

Question 3 – What do you think you will bring to the bike ride?
Banter in a nutshell. I can promise there will not be a dull moment and what I lack in knowledge, skill, leadership, life etc. I certainly make up for with entertainment and this time will be no different.

Question 4 – What do you think will be the hardest aspect of the ride?
The cycling part generally isn’t a problem for the likes of myself, I was that good I had a hill named after me. However potentially receiving another wedgie from Craig Atkin will be tough. It’ll also be difficult listening to James Patterson tell us about how he was once nearly a professional sportsman or Tom Poole for his love of vans and Chinese food.

Question 5 – Who are you looking forward to biking with the most and the least?
Everyone really, banter aside there all a lovely set of lads. However it’s tough call between two.; Joe Pinder (receding Mourinho) – A legend in all aspects of life. I’m also looking forward to Matthew Nugent’s company as I believe he could really rival me for the new village idiot.

Question 6 – If you could choose any York City player either past or present to bike with you, who would it be?
Wes Fletcher, I’d love him to come along on the ride and us show him no gratitude whatsoever. Just like him after journeys to Plymouth, Southend etc.

Question 7 – Do you predict any injuries or falls for yourself or other riders?
My backside. It’s fair to say the hot bubbly bath that Joe Fletcher had kindly run for my return on the first evening wasn’t anywhere near as stunning as it should have been!

Question 8 – What’s the first thing you’ll do when you finish?
Give everyone a big hug, then it’s time to get steaming.
